Avery

Last but not least, our sweet Avery Lyn.  This last year was a year of milestones.  She has such a fun personality, and Doug says she is spoiled, I just say, not my baby.  She rolled over at about 5 months, sat up all by herself at 6 mo. and started crawling 2 weeks later, and started walking at 11 mo.  She didn't get any teeth till 11 mo. and then decided to have three come all at once.  She loves her binky and blanket, we are going to have our work cut out for us, when trying to take those away, but we always say its way better than a thumb sucker because at least you can take a binky away.  She turned one in December and we had a little party for her, I can't believe it has been a whole year. I just want her to stay my baby.   She is definitely a mommas girl, but she loves when her daddy comes home, and she just adores her big brother and sister.  I love watching her and Bailey playing together they get along so well right now.  I just adore my little Avery, I love watching her grow and progress, but I want her to slow down just bit, I just try to take it all in.

Bailey

Bailey had quite a year last year, she adjusted surprisingly well to being bumped out of the baby spot.  She is such a great helper with Mom and with Avery.  She enjoyed going to the Zoo and seeing the Polar Bear, she also loved the endless rides on the carousal.  She took swimming lessons all by herself this year, Mom was pleasantly surprised.  She also is such a golden child because she seriously potty trained herself, which was such a godsend for Mom and Dad.  Bailey is our little spit fire, she has a sass about her, but she also is so sweet and loving.  She is very determined and very independent.  She already knows how to count to 10 and is already trying to sing the alphabet.  She loves to sing songs, some of her favorites are Popping corn Popping on the Apricot tree, The eensy weensy Spider, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, I Am a Child Of God, to name a few.  She loves to go to church, and especially loves nursery.  She loves to eat, and is such a good eater.  We have been trying to eat more healthy, more Paleo and she has had no problem with it.  She wants to eat what Mom has.  If I am eating a sweet potato she wants one, If I am eating a hard boiled egg, she wants one.  Like Braxton, Bailey loves to always want to be going somewhere, and to be seeing someone. I can't believe how much she is growing up, everyone thinks she is a lot older than she really is.  She is very tall, and she talks so well for her age.  She is definitely our middle child and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Braxton

Since last I had posted, Braxton had an awesome summer.  We had fun with our Zoo Pass, Pass of all Passes and our Thanksgiving point Pass.  Braxton spent one day a week at Seven Peaks.  He got to see the new Rocky Shores at the Zoo.  They now have a Polar Bear, Seals, and a Sea Lion.  He took swimming lessons again, and he played coach pitch, flag football, and basketball in the fall.  Braxton started 2nd grade in September and is in Mrs. Leavitt's class.  He loves school especially because he plays football at recess. He still takes piano from Aunt Brynnie, and he is progressing so well, he really has a talent for playing the piano. He was Bumblebee for Halloween and Jack Sparrow.  He loved the Christmas Season and had so much fun doing the advent calendars and all the fun things associated with the season.  New Years Party he loved being involved in all the games.  He even won with Dad in the Mario Kart team tournament we had.  Braxton is our fun loving boy, and is such a sweet heart to his sisters.  He is such a big helper when I ask him to watch them or play with them. He is looking forward to February, for his birthday, when he will turn eight then he gets to be baptized in March.
