Papa Bill's B-day/ Last Tee Ball Game

Tuesday was My Dad's Birthday and it was also Damon's last Tee-ball game. So went and saw Damon play his last game, then we went to Famous Dave's to celebrate Papa Bill's and Bob's birthdays.

Damon actually doesn't need the Tee he is ready for Coach pitch.

Gavin and Braxton are having fun watching (sort of). Braxton is excited to start Tee-ball in June.

We got Papa Bill an IPod shuffle so he can listen to music as he goes to work. Braxton has one at home, so he was showing Papa Bill how it works.

Belated Mother's Day

I meant to write this sooner, but life gets busy as you all know. I had a wonderful Mother's Day. I was really spoiled by Doug and Braxton. They got me a Camcorder, The Host by Stephanie Meyer and the movie "27 Dresses". I was really surprised, and Doug surprised me by not having to work, which was really nice to be able to go to church with him. It was nice to think about how thankful I am for our Mothers and our Grandmothers and how much they love us and for all the things they do for us. I also thought about how thankful I am to be Braxton's Mother and how special that is to be a mother to such a sweet spirit, and not take that for granted. I hope that all of you had a wonderful Mother's Day!

We got to talk to Logan on the phone. It was good to hear his voice. Only 39 days to go and he will be home. Yeah!

P.E. Specialist

I have a new job for next school year. I officially signed my contract yesterday with Alpine School District. I will be the P.E. Specialist at Meadow Elementary in Lehi. I will be teaching P.E. to all the classes 1st through 6th. I will be part time and my hours are 9-2 Tuesday-Friday. It is the perfect job for me. One of the best things is I don't have to drive 40 min. to work everyday. I am so excited to get ready!

Visiting Grandma Spence

Last Sunday, Braxton and I went out with Grandma and Papa to Tooele for my cousin Aaron's little girl's baby blessing. He did a great job blessing his little girl Olivia. We also celebrated Mother's Day with Grandma Spence since we will be talking to Logan on Mother's Day Hurray! (less than two months and he is home) We got Grandma Spence a smaller vaccum so it is easier for her to vaccum. Braxton had a fun time helping put it together. Happy Mother's Day Grandma Spence, We love You!
